A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Eva E. Redei in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, Illinois.

The research of Dr. Redei focuses on developmental alterations in genetic imprinting using techniques including behavioral tests, quantitative molecular biology and genetic methods.

This position requires a PhD and research experience andprevious training in molecular biology.  We are seeking independent and highly motivated individuals who are interested in working with animal models of psychiatric/developmental disorders.

The Department of Radiology has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral position in the Preclinical Nuclear Imaging Laboratory, which is equipped with a BioScan NanoSPECT/CT Plus scanner and a Siemens Inveon PET/CT Multimodality Imaging System.

We seek a highly motivated individual to work on various cancer and metabolism related projects in small animal models through a broad matrix of collaborations at the three University of Texas System campuses in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex (UT Southwestern, UT Arlington and UT Dallas).

Candidates with a Ph.D. in cell or molecular biology and career interests in molecular imaging are encouraged to apply.  Candidates with a Ph.D. in an imaging science area are also encouraged to apply but, must have previous experience in cell and molecular biology. Hands-on experience with live animals, small animal imaging and medical radioisotopes is highly desirable.
